Can I change the items in my order after it has been placed?Updated a year ago

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the items. However, we can provide you with a returns link to send back the item you no longer want, and then ship the new item that you'd like to exchange it for. Please contact our customer care team, and they'll assist you with the exchange process once your return is received.
