Parcels are not automatically insured for loss, theft and damage. However for added peace of mind, we offer the option of shipping protection, which is automatically toggled ON at checkout. This protection covers lost, stolen, or damaged items once dispatched. If you choose to decline the shipping protection and toggle OFF to remove it, GGCo. is not responsible for parcels after they leave our warehouse. In the event of an issue, customers with shipping protection can claim for replacement or refund, while those without will need to lodge a claim with Australia Post or other courier service provider directly. If you wish to decline Shipping Protection at the checkout but forget to toggle OFF we are unable to provide a refund. If you wish to add Shipping Protection after your order has been placed, unfortunately we are unable to add this on. Please contact us directly if you have any additional concerns.
